As your Day of Event Coordinator, we’re here to lift the weight of timelines, phone calls and floor plans from your shoulders, and replace it with peace and pleasure. We coordinate every little detail of your special day to ensure that you experience the event you’ve spent months planning.

WEEKEND COORDINATION

If you assumed a great night’s rest was simply not an option during your festivities, think again! As our most comprehensive package, Weekend Management includes coverage of your entire wedding weekend, from the rehearsal to the morning-after brunch. (Go ahead and sleep in. You’ve earned it!) A coordinator will be on-site every step of the way to ensure each event rolls seamlessly into the next, including set-up, breakdown, transportation, vendor management and more.

MONTH OF COORDINATION

Our month of, or “day of”, coordination package is for the couple that already has their preferred vendors and creative vision. With our month of coordinating package, you will receive consulting services 4 weeks prior to your event date. As your main point of contact we are on site to make sure all details are flowing flawlessly, leaving you stress-free and enjoying your most special night.

FLOWER CROWN WORKSHOP

Have you ever wanted to make that flower crown snap chat filter real?

Why not add something fun to your next bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party, corporate event, brand or product launches or team building event! Flower crown workshops are entertaining but also functional as you have something pretty to wear for the rest of your party!

You and your guests will have a great time while we guide you through making your very own flower crowns. We will bring the flowers, supplies, light snacks and refreshments you just bring your creativity & friends!
